I have been working as a corporate trainer at LUKOIL SERBIA for 20 years. Employee training was traditionally conducted through face-to-face instruction. However, due to the large number of employees at remote locations, high staff turnover, and frequent changes in work procedures, the need arose to implement an online training platform. After nearly a year of using the platform, I can say that we have successfully managed to include all gas station employees, as well as other interested staff within the company, in the training process. We are planning to implement the training platform in other countries in the region where LUKOIL operates.
